New Ground Open Day Family Event

Recognising the significant interest in the new ground from the wider Wendover community, we are holding a Public Open Day for the new ground on Friday 10th July from 2.00 pm - 7.00pm, to which all are welcome.  

The archaeologists who worked on the site during its excavation will be available throughout, showing some of their finds, and you will be able to look over the new facilities and get a drink at the bar.  

After 7.00 pm, the archaeologists will pack up but the pavilion will remain open for members only.

Play on the cricket ground will not be possible until the spring of 2027 when the new cricket square has bedded in and the surrounds established. Some organised u.se of the nets should be possible
